Waterjet Brick

Waterjet cutting bricks minimize splashback while draining water and debris away quickly and effectively.
Waterjet Brick is specially designed for the waterjet cutting industry to assist in the cutting of difficult parts. The bricks are manufactured with a corrugated, laminated flute pattern.

  MDI's Waterjet Brick works well with abrasive and straight waterjet cutting and works with a variety of cut part sizes and materials.
• Cleaner Cutting Area and Parts
  The brick draws water and abrasive away from the cutting surface, eliminating splashback and movement that can mar the underside of parts.
• Corrosion-Free Cutting Surface
  Waterjet Brick is made from our sturdiest HDPE plastic, a strong, lightweight, durable, low-static surface.
• Efficient and Lightweight Handling
  Waterjet Brick is easy to stack, change or rotate (15 pounds per brick). It can be nailed, screwed or strapped together.
• Quieter Cutting
  Waterjet Brick HDPE corrugated plastic materials reduce the noise generated during cutting.
• Recyclable
  HDPE is regrindable for reuse, and is recyclable.
